Admiral Games Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Gameplay and account information


- Steam ID or other platform account identifier.

- In-game leaderboard/display name (where applicable).

- A randomly generated installation identifier.


Technical information


- Game version.

- Operating system and platform.

- Current game scene.

- Error messages.

- Exception details.

- Stack traces.

- Diagnostic identifiers used to group similar errors.


Gameplay telemetry

When you start, complete, fail or abandon a level we may collect: - Map

and level information. - Difficulty settings. - Objective progress. -

Match outcome. - Session duration. - Turn counts. - Character

loadouts. - Weapon usage. - Enemy kill statistics. - Gameplay statistics

used to improve balance and stability.


Error diagnostics


If an unexpected error occurs we may collect a snapshot of the game

state including: - Active entities. - Character health. - Equipment. -

Entity positions. - Targeting information. - Other gameplay information

required to diagnose software issues.


We do not collect payment information, passwords, files stored on your

computer, or precise location data.


How We Use Information


We use collected information to: - Operate and improve the Game. -

Investigate crashes and bugs. - Balance gameplay. - Provide technical

support. - Protect the integrity and security of the Game. - Comply with

legal obligations.


Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in maintaining, securing and

Diagnostic Telemetry and Error Reporting


The Game automatically sends diagnostic telemetry when gameplay events

occur and when unexpected errors or exceptions are encountered.


Diagnostic telemetry may include: - Steam ID or platform account

identifier. - Leaderboard/display name. - Random installation

identifier. - Game version. - Platform and operating system. - Current

map and level. - Difficulty settings. - Match outcome. - Gameplay

statistics. - Objective progress. - Character and equipment

information. - Error messages. - Exception details. - Stack traces. -

Scene name. - A snapshot of the game state, including entity

information, positions and other technical data required to diagnose

software issues.


We use this information only to investigate crashes, improve stability

and performance, analyse gameplay issues, improve game balance, provide

technical support and prevent abuse.


Diagnostic telemetry is transmitted securely to servers operated by Rear

Admiral Games. We do not sell diagnostic data or use it for advertising

or profiling.


Data Retention


Gameplay telemetry and diagnostic information are retained only for as

long as reasonably necessary to investigate issues, improve the Game,

provide technical support and comply with legal obligations. Older

telemetry is periodically deleted or anonymised where appropriate.


Security


We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the

information we process and restrict access to authorised personnel only.


Your Rights


Where applicable under UK GDPR, you have the right to: - Access your

personal data. - Correct inaccurate information. - Request deletion. -

Restrict processing. - Object to processing. - Request data

portability. - Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s

Changes

will be communicated through the Game or our website where appropriate.
